Title This Properly
1. When can I drop my vehicle off?
Our schedule is very fluid and can change frequently based on project demands and the many variables that come with custom performance work. In most cases, custom parts must be built or sourced, which can take several weeks or even months. Because of this, your specific drop-off date may vary and is subject to change at any time.
For more information, please refer to our Service Agreement, which outlines these scheduling considerations in detail.
2. What type of warranty do you offer on your workmanship and tuning?
FLHP provides a limited 90-day warranty on workmanship and tuning, beginning from the date of vehicle delivery. Due to the extreme and highly customized nature of performance modifications, this warranty is limited to our labor and tuning services only.
Please refer to our Service Agreement for full warranty terms and conditions.
3. What type of warranty do you offer on custom-built engines and performance parts against product failure?
FLHP does not offer any warranty or guarantee on custom-built engines or performance parts. In some cases, warranty coverage may be available directly through the vendor or machine shop that supplied the components or services—please refer to the manufacturer’s website or warranty terms for details.
Any warranty consideration through FLHP is subject to management approval. Labor to repair or replace defective or damaged parts is not covered and will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you are not comfortable with these terms, we strongly recommend that you do not modify your vehicle.
4. Can I keep my factory components?
Yes, you have the option to keep your stock components when completing our Service Agreement prior to dropping off your vehicle. If you do not specify your preference, we will assume you do not wish to keep your parts, and they will be discarded. FLHP is not responsible for unclaimed or unspecified parts. Please note that any stock components must be picked up within 48 hours after vehicle delivery, or the items WILL BE DISCARDED.
5. Will you test drive my vehicle during the build process?
Yes, your vehicle will be driven multiple times throughout the build process to ensure quality and performance. We may also perform a baseline test on our chassis dyno before starting any work to confirm the vehicle is mechanically sound and ready for modification.
Vehicles may be driven up to 100 miles and may occasionally be kept off-site as part of normal quality control testing. You are required to maintain full collision and liability insurance as well as valid registration during this time.
FLHP is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur while the vehicle is being test-driven.
6. Will my vehicle be photographed or filmed while at FLHP for marketing content?
Yes. FLHP reserves the right to photograph or film any portion of your build at our discretion and share that content across our social media platforms or marketing channels.
If you wish to keep your build private, you must submit a formal written request to sales@flhighperformance.com prior to work beginning. In most cases, owner identity and personal information are kept private.
